A Little Bit About Me
"About me" hmmm, for starters, I am a kind and genuine person. My leisure time consist of just about anything, my likings vary from thrilling outdoor activities (in which I am 99% of the time reading every dua I know) to a relaxed evening at home.
I strongly value all relationships in my life, including the most important; my family and also my few close friends.
I try to live a carefree lifestyle by appreciating the little things in life, being grateful for what Allah has given me, and the things he hasn't for my benefit. Taking an optimistic approach not only helps in keeping me grounded but also maintaining a relationship with Allah in which I put 110% faith in him.
As for religion, I grew up in a typical culture-based Pakistani household which instilled the core values of Islam however I am recently beginning to understand the true importance and purpose of being a Muslim. I wouldn't classify myself as being "religious" but I would certainly say I am striving to be a better Muslim each and everyday. I am currently attempting to build my foundation by perfecting my daily 5 prayers, and InshAllah progress more into the path of the deen.
